About The Position

Ampcus Inc. is a certified global provider of a broad range of Technology and Business consulting services. We are in search of a highly motivated candidate to join our talented Team. This new position was created to address growth-related project backlogs. These are spread across East, Central, and West regions of the U.S. This hybrid role includes regional responsibilities and regular travel.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of project management experience (construction background strongly preferred).
• Strong budgeting and financial management skills.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.

Nice To Haves

• Strong computer/software skills (MS Office, MS Project, AutoCAD preferred).
• Experience with Agile PLM (Oracle-based) document management software.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and influence cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop project/program plans for small to medium construction projects, including facility renovations and equipment upgrades (flooring, painting, lighting, mechanical/electrical systems).
• Guide project/program management activities, including schedules, budgets, risk management, changes, and resource allocation.
• Build and manage vendor relationships.
• Communicate technical information to cross-functional team members and leadership.
• Prepare documentation to meet internal, government, and regulatory requirements.
• Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and at high workmanship standards.
