Conducts all relevant project management activities for various kinds of service projects with internal focus to meet respective project goals in terms of time, cost, and quality. As an Education and Workforce Solutions (EWS) Project Manager you will be responsible for: Strategically driving and directing short to long term business objectives Managing projects through Development (design, build, test) and Limited Release (pilot deployment with select customers) before full market launch Defining, documenting, and reporting on project scope, objectives, timelines, constraints, and desired outcomes for assigned EWS programs Setting and managing stakeholder engagement across all organizational levels Identifying, mitigating, and managing project risks Identifying opportunities for business improvement through process optimization Measuring and reporting key metrics used to gauge project benefits Providing transparency to project status through effective project governance Demonstrating leadership excellence and influencing a high-performance culture through project teams Contributing to achieving the vision, mission, and values of Siemens Healthineers Enforcing compliance with Siemens Healthcare CX USA and CS policies and procedures.

Requirements

  • BS/BA degree or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 10 years' experience in Healthcare Program/Project Management
  • Strong customer-facing experience with healthcare stakeholders
  • Excellent communication skills – verbal, written, and presentation
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
  • Experience leading without authority in matrix organizations
  • Ability to drive people, process, and technology initiatives
  • Self-starter with high initiative and ownership mentality
  • Strategic thinking and influencing skills
  • Results-driven and action-oriented approach

  • Familiarity with healthcare education marketplace, preferably related to diagnostic imaging
  • PMI PMP certification
