About The Position
We’re hiring an experienced Project Manager / Estimator to oversee residential and commercial floor coating projects from bid through completion in the SW Washington & Greater Portland. This role requires strong estimating skills, field coordination, and the ability to manage multiple jobs efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Estimate project costs for materials, labor, and equipment
- Manage schedules, crews, and subcontractors on active job sites
- Ensure quality control and adherence to safety standards
- Coordinate with clients and internal teams for smooth project delivery
- Track budgets, prepare reports, and maintain accurate documentation
