About The Position
We’re hiring an Industrial Construction Project Manager / Estimator to lead and estimate complex industrial projects involving mechanical, piping, and structural scopes. This role blends detailed estimating with hands-on project leadership from preconstruction through closeout.
Requirements
- Experience in industrial construction project management and estimating
- Strong understanding of mechanical, piping, or structural systems
- Ability to read drawings, models, and technical documentation
- Organized, detail-oriented, and field-capable leadership style
Responsibilities
- Prepare accurate estimates for mechanical, piping, and structural industrial projects
- Manage projects from preconstruction through execution and closeout
- Coordinate with field superintendents, engineers, and subcontractors
- Use 3D scan data, CAD models, and project controls to define scopes and budgets
- Ensure safety, quality, and schedule compliance on industrial worksites
