Project Manager/estimator
About The Position
The Project Manager/Estimator is responsible for providing strategic leadership and oversight of all project management and estimating functions. This position ensures that project bidding, estimating, and execution align with company profitability goals and project delivery expectations. The role is critical in managing workload distribution, project performance, and overall operational efficiency. This individual will serve on the leadership team and contribute directly to shaping the strategic direction and growth of the company.
Requirements
- 5+ years of construction project management and estimating experience.
- 1+ year of experience in a leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of concrete and masonry construction projects in a commercial setting.
- Proficiency in Procore, Bluebeam, Sage, and heavy bid software.

- Experience with project management and estimating software such as Procore, Bluebeam, Sage, and heavy bid.
