About The Position

We’re hiring a Project Manager / Estimator to manage highway and bridge construction projects from estimating through completion. This role combines pre-construction estimating, project oversight, and field coordination to deliver complex infrastructure projects safely and on schedule.

Requirements

• Experience in highway, bridge, or heavy civil construction project management
• Strong estimating, cost control, and project coordination skills
• Knowledge of DOT standards and infrastructure construction practices
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
• Professional, client-facing communication skills

Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed estimates and takeoffs for highway, bridge, and heavy civil projects
• Manage projects from bid award through closeout
• Coordinate field crews, subcontractors, and material procurement
• Track schedules, budgets, change orders, and project documentation
• Communicate with owners, engineers, and internal teams to manage scope and timelines
