Requirements

Proven experience in project estimation and management, preferably in painting or general contracting.
Ability to read blueprints, interpret technical specifications, and generate precise cost estimates.
Proficiency with project management and estimating software, as well as Microsoft Office.
Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
Knowledge of industry standards, safety regulations, and quality assurance practices.

Responsibilities

Lead project execution from start to finish, including scheduling, resource allocation, material procurement, and subcontractor coordination in Tarpon Springs projects.
Prepare accurate, competitive estimates and bids by analyzing labor, materials, equipment, and subcontractor costs.
Monitor budgets, track expenses, and manage change orders to ensure project profitability.
Serve as the primary contact for clients, crews, and subcontractors, ensuring clear communication and expectation management.
Mentor and guide project teams, driving efficiency, workflow improvements, and adherence to safety standards.
Review project plans, interpret technical specifications, and uphold quality control measures.
