About The Position

We’re hiring a Project Manager / Estimator (Flooring) to manage commercial and residential flooring projects from estimating through installation. This role combines cost estimating, project coordination, and field oversight to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.

Requirements

• Experience in flooring, interior finishes, or construction project management
• Strong estimating, budgeting, and project coordination skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Professional, client-facing communication abilities

Responsibilities

• Manage flooring projects from bid award through completion
• Prepare detailed estimates, takeoffs, and proposals for flooring scopes
• Coordinate installers, subcontractors, and material deliveries
• Track schedules, budgets, change orders, and jobsite progress
• Communicate with clients and internal teams to manage scope and expectations
