The Project Manager, ERP and CRM, plans and coordinates all aspects of internal information system-specific projects from initiation to delivery. Projects often involve network, server, or software implementation, new functionality, and upgrades. Coordinates work performed by IT staff and internal/external customers/partners by defining project requirements, performing feasibility and needs/impact assessments, allocation, progress tracking, monitoring change control process. The Project Manager focus specializes in managing cross-functional teams by supporting group progress including scheduling, prioritizing, expectation setting, managing budget cost, and resource allocation for projects. The position collects data, establishes facts, and draws valid conclusions to make sound recommendations and decisions based upon cost, customer requirements, regulations, and other pertinent data. The position ensures projects meet project goals on time, on budget, and with high quality.
