Partner with the best The Project Manager - Equipment will be responsible for all activities related to the supervision, organization and execution of a service project, including scope, time, contract (if not covered by a dedicated Contract Manager) cost & quality management. Responsibility for project methodologies and standards including scheduling and control, to fulfill a customer order or need according to financial/commercial parameters and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Have a Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college OR high school/GED.
  • Have up to 4+ years of experience in project management.

Responsibilities

  • Defining project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with management and stakeholders.
  • Developing full-scale project plans and associated communications documents.
  • Effectively communicating project expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion.
  • Liaising with project stakeholders on an ongoing basis.
  • Estimating the resources and participants needed to achieve project goals.
  • Drafting and submitting budget proposals and recommending subsequent budget changes where necessary.
  • Tracking project milestones and deliverables.
  • Developing and delivering progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation, and presentations.
  • Proactively managing changes in project scope, identify potential crises, and devise contingency plans.
