About The Position

You will oversee design, development, sourcing, and documentation for new or updated equipment and systems to meet operational needs globally. Additionally, you will interface with vendors to ensure quality, timely delivery, and sufficient supply of equipment You will collaborate with production facilities to assess demand, monitor inventory, and forecast equipment requirements across the global network You will manage project budgets, equipment procurement, and cost tracking in collaboration with accounting teams, and you will work closely with customers to understand requirements and secure funding for equipment and projects You will evaluate and standardize components, technologies, and vendors for streamlined integration across global operations, and you will ensure all designs and processes adhere to company quality and safety standards, applying updates to equipment when necessary You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, operations, and quality assurance, to drive project success and you will ensure alignment with industry and regulatory standards, including documentation and reporting aspects

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, or related technical field required. Equivalent/comparable work experience will be considered
  • Minimum of 5+ years of proven experience in equipment Maintenance, project management, or a related role
  • Ability to conceptualize innovative solutions and transform ideas into functional designs or systems
  • Experience managing vendor relationships and coordinating project timelines to meet delivery schedules
  • Budget management experience, including the ability to provide financial projections related to equipment supply costs and project funding
  • Proven track record of managing projects involving complex mechanical systems, process equipment, or similar initiatives
  • Excellent communication skills; ability to interface with multidisciplinary teams, customers, vendors, and executives
  • Must be highly safety conscious and quality focused with the ability to travel domestically and internationally up to 10%
