About The Position

The Project Manager for the EPMO at Corewell Health will oversee multiple small to mid-sized, medium-complexity projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget. This role involves managing all aspects of the project life cycle, including assembling project teams, developing project plans, and coordinating activities across various departments. The position is temporary, running until December 2025, with a high probability of extension, and is crucial for supporting Digital Services strategic priority projects throughout 2025.

Requirements

  • Associate's Degree or Technical school equivalent required.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent required for Senior level.
  • 3 years of relevant experience in the field.
  • Experience leading projects or gathering business requirements.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent preferred.
  • 5 years of relevant experience in the field preferred.
  • Experience working on clinical projects, preferably with Epic systems.
  • Experience managing small to medium project teams (2 to 7+) within a matrix organization.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee multiple small to mid-sized medium complexity projects.
  • Develop project plans, budgets, and schedules.
  • Coordinate project work and ensure timely completion within budget.
  • Monitor cost, schedule, and technical performance of component projects.
  • Assess resource requirements and negotiate for resources with management.
  • Organize and coordinate tasks with leadership and departments to accomplish project objectives.
  • Serve as a liaison between various departments for project continuity.
  • Communicate and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure resource utilization.
  • Analyze and document processes for continuous improvement.
  • Adhere to Corewell Health Project Management methodology and quality standards.
