As a Project Engineer, you’ll be part of our Outdoor team working as a hybrid employee. You’ll be responsible for all aspects of the Product Development Milestone Phase/Gate Process from New Product Introduction to Project Completion. This includes such items as Timeliness, Cost, Quality, Performance, Risk, etc. You will manage and coordinate all projects in alignment with the portfolio, providing coaching and development to others on process and project management skills. You will establish, coordinate, maintain timely information, and direct project programs to meet timelines and defined project goals. Additionally, you will monitor and manage scope changes, assess program risks relating to timeline, feasibility, cost, etc., and implement sound practices to reduce/eliminate those risks through mitigation and planning. You will also be responsible for capacity management and prioritization of resources required to meet time, cost, and requirements, and develop and execute effective communications programs promoting team involvement and decision-making.
