This position is on our Public Works Service line and works closely with a wide variety of municipal clients as a project manager for civil engineering projects. This position is Flex Time eligible, meaning that hours worked over 40-hours in a week are recognized with future time off opportunities. Hybrid/flexible working arrangements are also available. Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (or related) required
5+ years of prior experience within the Public Works market serving multiple clients required
PE license strongly preferred
Experience in managing multiple projects and client needs required
Experience with funding and grants available to municipalities preferred

Responsibilities

Client relations including attendance at client meetings and interaction with existing and new clients
Project management including project planning, scoping, budgeting and QA/QC
Design of public works infrastructure projects
Assist with mentoring junior engineering staff
Preparation of plans, details, specifications, and bidding documents
Preparation of technical reports and regulatory permits for projects
Administration of construction on public works infrastructure projects
