About The Position

At Clark Pacific, the Project Manager leads the successful design, fabrication, and installation of architectural and structural building systems. Working within an integrated project team and a specific business unit, this role applies advanced engineering, project management, problem-solving, and communication skills to drive projects from concept through completion. The Project Manager leads multiple project teams and oversees several projects simultaneously while ensuring alignment across engineering, manufacturing, finance, and field operations. Competitive Compensation Range: $110,000 – $145,000 annually, depending on experience.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience, including roles as a Project Engineer and Assistant Project Manager, with a proven record of successfully delivering multiple projects from start to finish.
  • Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related engineering discipline preferred.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage at all levels of the organization.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders simultaneously.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving skills with a focus on prevention and continuous improvement.
  • Ability to read and interpret plans, specifications, and contract documents.
  • Proficient in AutoCAD, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
  • Willingness to step into expanded leadership responsibilities as projects and business needs evolve.

  • EIT certification preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Exercise a high level of professionalism and confidentiality when working with staff, projects, and proprietary information.
  • Lead and be accountable for the successful delivery of multiple projects through teams of engineering professionals.
  • Establish and manage project schedules to ensure accurate, timely deliverables and alignment with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Monitor and manage project financials, including job cost planning, billing alignment, cost control, and change orders.
  • Review and manage contracts in relation to the full project scope.
  • Participate in the selection and coordination of project vendors and trade partners.
  • Routinely assess project progress through analysis of schedule, cost, and forecast data, and recommend recovery actions when necessary.
  • Maintain strong cross-functional relationships with engineering, manufacturing, finance, and field teams throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and creative problem solving within the business unit.
  • Coach and mentor team members while encouraging constructive dialogue and effective issue escalation.
  • Other duties as assigned.
