About The Position

Overview MSA has an opportunity for a Project Manager in any of our 17 office locations . This position primary manages Water/Wastewater projects working with municipal clients in the public sector. This role involves frequent client interaction, mentorship of technical staff, and oversight on technical aspects of projects. MSA supports Water/Wastewater clients through planning, design, construction, and operations. This position is Flex Time eligible and hybrid working arrangements are available. Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Environmental or Civil Engineering required
Experience with client interaction including council/board meetings required
Project management experience required
5+ years of prior experience with Water/Wastewater projects required
The selected candidate must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. without requiring visa sponsorship now or in the future. We are unable to provide or take over sponsorship of an employment visa for this role.

Professional Engineer (PE) license strongly preferred

Responsibilities

Project management including project planning, scoping, budgeting and QA/QC
Client relationship management and business development
Assist with mentoring emerging engineering staff
Oversight of plans, details, specifications, and bidding documents
Assistant with project funding packages with assistance from funding staff
Provide project updates at public forums
