Position Summary The Project Manager - Engagement Specialist will lead the newly established Welcome Team, serving as the primary point of contact for new members. This role is critical in creating a positive first impression and ensuring colleagues have the tools and resources needed to deliver exceptional service. The Engagement Specialist will drive initiatives that enhance both member and colleague engagement, leveraging innovative programs and emerging technologies, including AI.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in project management and team leadership.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on creating positive experiences.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
  • Familiarity with engagement strategies, reporting tools, and emerging technologies (AI experience preferred).

Responsibilities

  • Welcome Team Leadership: Oversee the Welcome Team to ensure smooth onboarding for new members.
  • Act as the first point of contact for new members, providing guidance and support.
  • Engagement Programs: Develop and execute engagement strategies for members and colleagues.
  • Manage the “Making Moments” program, including sending personalized cards and communications to members.
  • Monitor community engagement activities and report on impact and outcomes.
  • Reporting & Analytics: Track engagement metrics and provide regular reports on member experience and program effectiveness.
  • Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Innovation & AI Integration: Support new AI-driven initiatives and ensure successful implementation across engagement processes.
  • Collaborate with technology teams to optimize engagement through automation and personalization.
