About The Position

Shields Health Solutions is seeking a strategic, results-oriented Project Manager to join our fast-paced Emerging Technology team. As Project Manager, you will lead the execution of complex, cross-functional initiatives - inclusive of the development of our AI Center of Excellence - to enhance operational efficiency, improve patient outcomes, and deliver measurable business value. Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in project management and/or business analysis - with exposure to AI technologies and data-driven projects a strong plus.
• Proven ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical and executive audiences.
• Highly motivated, entrepreneurial, and results-driven professional with a collaborative spirit.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail; adept at managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Passion for AI/ML, automation, and other emerging technologies with a proactive approach to learning and experimentation.

Nice To Haves

• Project Management Professional (PMP) or Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) certification preferred.
• Additional coursework or certifications in AI, machine learning, or data science is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project management for Emerging Technology initiatives - from initial concept through implementation and rollout.
• Facilitate and document scoping sessions with business stakeholders to translate ideas into actionable project plans.
• Coordinate seamless handoffs between product and development teams, ensuring alignment and maintaining delivery timelines.
• Present innovative solutions to internal and external stakeholders, including senior and executive leadership.
• Monitor project deliverables, timelines, and KPIs, including those related to AI performance metrics, to ensure consistent progress and stakeholder satisfaction.
• Identify new project opportunities, including those involving AI and automation, lead go/no-go assessments, and develop compelling proposals and presentations.
• Support the development and evolution of business plans and strategic road maps.
• Apply creative problem-solving and sound judgment to anticipate challenges and proactively resolve issues.
• Support the establishment and maintenance of project governance, policies, and control systems to ensure operational excellence and ethical AI practices.
• Provide clear and concise regular updates on project status, risks, and key decisions to leadership and cross-functional teams.
