About The Position

The Project Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing projects from start to finish. They ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management.
  • 5+ years of experience in heavy industrial electrical work.
  • Strong leadership and management skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
  • Ability to use project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Asana).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
  • Must be able to pass a post-offer / pre-placement drug screen and job-related employment physicals.
  • Must also submit to a post-offer / pre-employment background check that verifies criminal history.
  • Talk/Hear: Communicate effectively with team members. Ability to understand information and ideas presented through spoken words and writing.
  • Stand/Sit: Must be able to stand for a long period of time.
  • Walk: Frequently be able to walk distances through the shop and fields.
  • Use hands/fingers to handle or feel: The ability to make precisely coordinated movements of the fingers of one or both hands to grasp, manipulate, or assemble very small objects.
  • Stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl: Occasional, stooping, kneeling, and crouching.
  • See: See details up close and at a distance. Judge distances. Detect differences in colors, shades, and brightness.
  • Carry, weight, Lift: Must Be able to occasionally lift, move or carry up to 50 pounds.
  • Exposure to work: Considerable time will be spent in processing environments indoors. Environments can be loud, dusty, hot, or cold.

Nice To Haves

  • PMP certification preferred
  • Degree in Electrical Engineering a plus

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets.
  • Lead and manage project teams.
  • Coordinate with clients, stakeholders, and vendors.
  • Monitor project progress and identify potential risks.
  • Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards.
  • Resolve project-related issues and problems.
  • Close out projects upon completion.
