About The Position
The Project Manager is responsible for overseeing multiple large electric-based projects, ensuring they meet client requirements and performance indicators. This role involves direct supervision of staff, including other Project Managers and technical leads, and requires effective management of project schedules, budgets, profitability, client relationships, and quality control. The position also entails maintaining accurate revenue forecasts and ensuring compliance with engineering standards and regulations. The Project Manager will participate in sales calls and client presentations, and will need to travel to project sites approximately 20% of the time, primarily in Detroit, Michigan.
