FID, Project Manager - E-Trading Infrastructure Renovation - Associate or Vice President
About The Position
Act as the product owner for e-trading enablement and support, serving as the primary liaison between business and technology stakeholders. Develop a deep understanding of current workflows and systems; document processes, identify gaps, and propose improvement initiatives while securing stakeholder sponsorship. Design and deliver innovative, cost-effective solutions to expand and scale e-trading onboarding and support infrastructure in line with business demand. Provide clear, regular communication to stakeholders on scope, progress, and timelines to ensure alignment and transparency. Partner closely with Technology and Strat developers to define clear, actionable requirements and support rapid, high-quality delivery. Strong project planning, organization, and execution skills, with proven experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives. Working knowledge of fixed income products and market structure. Experience with front-end technologies (JavaScript, React, HTML5); Python experience is a plus. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical audiences. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to break down complex problems into practical solutions. Expected base pay rates for the role will be between $150,000 and $200,000 per year commencement of employment for Associate, and between $160,000 and $250,000 for VP.
