About The Position

We are looking for an experienced and highly organized Project Manager to lead and coordinate key initiatives within our consumer goods division. In this role, you will manage complex, cross-functional projects that drive brand growth, enhance customer engagement, and ensure seamless execution of company strategies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Project Management, or a related field.
• 5 years of experience in project management, marketing operations, or brand management within the consumer goods industry.
• Strong understanding of marketing campaigns, product launches, and retail strategies.
• Experience managing multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, Monday.com, MS Project).
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

Nice To Haves

• PMP or Agile certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end management of high-impact projects, ensuring successful execution from initial concept through to delivery, including go-to-market campaigns, product launches, and ordering processes.
• Act as the primary liaison between Marketing, Product, Sales, IT, Supply Chain, and Operations to drive project alignment and execution.
• Develop project timelines, monitor progress, and ensure initiatives are delivered within budget and deadlines.
• Identify and implement best practices to streamline workflows, improve efficiencies, and enhance overall project execution.
• Anticipate potential challenges, proactively address roadblocks, and drive resolutions to keep projects on track.
• Measure the effectiveness of initiatives through key performance indicators (KPIs).
