About The Position

We are hiring a Project Manager with a strong self-perform construction background to lead commercial interior and exterior systems projects in the Las Vegas area. This is a hands-on role for someone who has come up through the field and understands how work actually gets built — not just how it’s scheduled. You will take full ownership of projects from preconstruction through closeout, managing labor, production, sequencing, and execution in real time. Our work includes metal stud framing, drywall, EIFS, plaster, theming, acoustical ceilings, fireproofing, and painting across healthcare, hospitality, retail, education, and entertainment projects. This role is best suited for someone who has managed their own crews, understands production rates, and can drive both the field and the numbers.

Requirements

  • Background in the field with progression into project management (framing, drywall, carpentry, or similar trades)
  • Direct experience managing self-perform crews and production-driven work
  • Strong understanding of labor-based budgeting, productivity rates, and sequencing
  • Experience delivering commercial projects across sectors such as healthcare, hospitality, retail, education, or entertainment
  • Proven ability to manage projects with self-perform scopes of $2M+
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, field-driven environment
  • Proficiency with construction management tools
  • Ability to work onsite in the Greater Las Vegas area

Nice To Haves

  • Background progressing from foreman/superintendent into project management
  • Experience managing $2M+ self-perform scopes
  • Familiarity with tools such as Procore, Bluebeam, or similar
  • Experience with QuickBooks RST or Plexus

Responsibilities

  • Lead self-perform construction projects from preconstruction through completion, with full ownership of execution and results
  • Manage field crews ranging from 20 to 100+ workers, ensuring productivity, quality, and safety
  • Build and control project budgets based on labor hours, install rates, sequencing, and real-time field performance
  • Drive schedules with a focus on production and efficient field execution
  • Coordinate directly with general contractors, project teams, and internal operations
  • Track labor and material costs, proactively managing variances and identifying efficiency opportunities
  • Support coordination across BIM, prefabrication, QA/QC, and safety initiatives

Benefits

  • Competitive compensation based on experience
  • Fast, streamlined hiring process
  • Opportunity to work on high-profile commercial projects
  • Long-term growth within a well-established specialty contractor
