About The Position

The AES Group is seeking a Project Manager – Digital Marketing to support high-impact digital initiatives across websites, social media campaigns, and marketing content production. This role partners with marketing, editorial, design, and development teams to ensure work is delivered on time, aligned with brand standards, and executed efficiently. The Project Manager coordinates digital marketing projects across departments, managing timelines, priorities, and deliverables. You will drive operational execution, maintain stakeholder alignment, and keep projects moving from intake through launch across web and social channels.

Requirements

  • Experience managing digital marketing and/or website-related projects
  • Working knowledge of website development workflows and best practices
  • Strong ability to work independently and collaborate across cross-functional teams
  • Understanding of social media platforms, trends, and digital marketing strategies
  • Experience with project management tools (JIRA, Monday.com, or similar)
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Strong organizational skills; able to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environments
  • Experience partnering with developers, designers, producers, and marketing teams

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with social media publishing tools
  • Familiarity with digital content production workflows and asset management
  • Interest in or knowledge of video gaming or gaming culture

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate priorities across teams to align with digital marketing goals and content timelines
  • Manage intake, requirements, and scope; translate needs into clear tasks and deliverables
  • Track progress, milestones, dependencies, and risks using tools like JIRA, Monday.com, or similar
  • Ensure deliverables meet deadlines, quality standards, and brand guidelines
  • Support website development and digital production teams with planning and day-to-day coordination
  • Facilitate collaboration across marketing, editorial, design, development, and production to streamline workflows
  • Communicate status, decisions, and next steps; manage feedback cycles and approvals
  • Proactively identify blockers and implement mitigation plans to protect timelines
  • Support editorial processes and coordinate digital assets across platforms
