The Project Manager for Digital Acceleration at Arvato Supply Chain Solutions is responsible for driving critical projects to completion and leading digital initiatives with minimal supervision. This role is essential for the company's growth and the success of its clients, requiring a self-starter who can manage complex projects in a fast-paced environment while ensuring quality and timely delivery.

  • Manage large, complex projects for North American and global digital acceleration initiatives.
  • Be responsible for implementing projects for paperless processes, user-centric scanning applications, and cloud-based carrier integration.
  • Initiate and lead local projects through design, implementation, testing, and launch phases.
  • Facilitate the requirements engineering process with product management, operations, and IT departments.
  • Conduct fit-gap analyses to guide stakeholders through the project management approach.
  • Manage time, resources, quality, and budget effectively.
  • Lead change management activities including product demos and steering committees.
  • Support training and adoption measures for new products and solutions in warehouse processes.
  • Deliver presentations and communicate project updates to management, employees, peers, and vendors.
  • First experience in a project management capacity, including process documentation.
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Economics, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or equivalent experience.
  • Agile thinking and adaptability to change.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit.
  • Experience working with companies in High Tech, Healthcare, AIM, or Consumer Products industries.
  • Good knowledge about warehousing processes (logistics flows).
  • Know-how of SAP WM and understanding of process setups in SAP.
  • Experience in test management and IT testing.
