Celestar Corporation is seeking a Project Manager to support the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) Intelligence Enterprise Support Services (IESS) II. This role is primarily located across the National Capital Region (NCR) and involves managing project operations to ensure production schedules are met and resources are utilized effectively. The Project Manager will have full authority to act on all contract matters and will ensure compliance with security requirements and governance guidelines.
