Under the direction of the Development Director, the SLAAI Funder’s Collaborative will support a growing Fund Development team. The Project Manager’s primary responsibilities are to manage the day-to-day communication, planning, and facilitation which involve implementing the SLAAI Funder’s Collaborative initiative and grants, interfacing with key stakeholders, key funders, and CRCD executive leadership managing project development and initiatives, and relationships with small to medium size community-based organizations. Measures and documents the implementation status of all private and public funding opportunities to ensure grassroot and regional investments for South Los Angeles. Responsible for managing and monitoring goals and benchmarks that are established for the SLAAI Funder’s Collaborative. This position will play a pivotal role in coordinating and facilitating meetings and convenings that lead to the Funder’s Collaborative goal of securing $150 million regional investment in South Los Angeles. The Project Manager organizes meetings and activities and oversees the facilitation and collaboration within the Funder’s Collaborative. The Project Manager will report to the Development Director and will collaborate with The Chief Operations Officer and the Chief Community Innovations Officer. Regular interaction with the Fund Development team is expected to provide project updates and report on the initiative status. The Project Manager will provide the highest level of customer service to key stakeholders, funders, and community-based organizations that join the collaborative.
