As a Project Manager for Design and Development at Shake Shack, you will be the key contact between Shake Shack Enterprises and our licensed partners in the United States and around the world. This role involves managing the Shake Shack licensing design and construction process from end to end, overseeing the development pipeline for all licensed Shacks, and creating a comprehensive plan to reduce building costs through vendor management and strategic sourcing initiatives. You will also coordinate with the domestic design and construction team to ensure compliance with brand standards and guidelines, conduct site visits, and oversee refurbishments of existing locations. This position requires 20-30% travel.
