The role involves providing technical expertise in construction management, negotiating contracts, maintaining accurate documentation, and ensuring projects align with IU Health's mission of community wellness.

  • Oversee construction projects valued between $10 million and $200 million.
  • Manage program development, budgets, and schedules.

  • Bachelor's Degree in engineering, construction management, architecture or other related field is required.
  • 7-10 years of relevant experience required, must have proven significant experience in managing projects over $10 million.
  • Professional Engineer is preferred.
  • Requires knowledge of business, management, finance and project cost control techniques.
  • Requires comprehension of applicable regulations, such as the NFPA Life Safety Code, ISDH Regulations including the AIA Guidelines for Design and Construction of Health Care Facilities, International Building Code and Americans with Disability Act.
