  • Coordinate with campus departments regarding project requirements.
  • Monitor project schedules and budgets.
  • Ensure compliance with safety and building codes.
  • Perform other duties as directed by the supervisor.
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • 5 to 7 years of construction management experience.
  • Proven experience as a construction project manager.
  • Thorough understanding of construction procedures and materials.
  • Excellent organizational, planning, and time-management skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to interpret fire, safety, health, building, and ADA codes.
  • Experience managing others.
  • Experience with AutoCAD and Bluebeam.
  • Ability to draw and review construction plans using CAD programs.
  • Competitive salary range of $73,724 to $84,783 annually.
