About The Position

As a Development Project Manager for Infor's HR Talent & Workforce Management solutions, you will manage delivery for strategic customer accounts and help them succeed with their HCM technology platform adoption. You will develop strong relationships with HR and Operations leaders, understand their workforce challenges, and translate those needs into actionable delivery plans. By connecting the right Infor experts at the right time, you will remove obstacles, improve product utilization, and ensure customers fully realize the value of their Infor HRT and WFM solutions. A Day in The Life Typically Includes: Serving as a key delivery owner for HRT/WFM customers, championing their success and long-term partnership through collaborative engagements Facilitating structured success check-ins to assess adoption trends, identify friction points, and co-develop action plans Gathering customer requirements, struggles, and enhancement requests related to HR, payroll,pliance, time/attendance, and scheduling Collaborating with Product Management, Development, CloudOps, Support, and other SMEs to expedite issue resolution and improve customer experience ing customers implement best practices that increase automation, efficiency, and business oues in HR and workforce operations Advising internal roadmap decisions with data-driven insights onmon customer needs and identified gaps Managing customermunication around service delivery, prioritization, and release impacts, while maintainingplete transparency and trust

Requirements

  • Experience working directly with customers in a support, implementation, service delivery, or account management role
  • Experience learning quickly and effectively being able to discuss Infor HRT and/or WFM capabilities
  • Experience with relationship-building skills with both technical and business stakeholders
  • Experience navigatingplex environments and driving alignment across multiple internal teams
  • Experience with follow-through, accountability, and proactive problem-solving
  • Experience working with enterprise SaaS solutions in HR, workforce, or operational environments
  • Experience balancing multiple accounts and priorities while maintaining high service quality

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with Infor HRT, Infor WFM enterprise platforms
  • Experience in handling and leading escalation management
  • Experience supporting or delivering payroll,pliance, time & attendance, scheduling, or HR processes
  • Background working with global customers in industries such as healthcare, retail, manufacturing, or public sector
  • Ability to shape account strategy — not only resolve tactical needs
  • Experience leading executive-level updates, escalations, or success planning sessions
