The Project Manager at MHI is much more than the typical “IT PM” that coordinates timelines. The Project Manager at MHI is responsible for managing the stakeholder’s expectations and high priority tasks. You are expected to understand the configuration and solutioning aspects of the project, since this will ultimately make sure the customer is supported and their asks are realistic. You are the one who is also keeping the MHI NSAW developers/consultants on the project up to date with any changes and nuances throughout the project details and timeline. A detail-oriented and highly driven individual is going to excel in this role. An individual who showcases their strengths as a MHI PM with NetSuite and NSAW product knowledge and on-time delivery are provided upward mobility opportunities internally.

  • Lead project management activities such as project planning, creation of work breakdown structures, and change control in a remote or in-person capacity as requested by the client.
  • Act as lead communicator to internal and external stakeholders regarding expectations, resolutions, and prioritization.
  • Manage multiple, concurrent projects to quality, on-time and on-budget implementations.
  • Manage project timelines, resources, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with client goals and industry best practices.
  • Skilled in using at least one BI platform: Oracle OAC, OBIEE, Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or QlikView.
  • Solid understanding of ERP systems and associated business processes (NetSuite experience is a strong plus).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a strong ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong business analysis capabilities and a consultative, client-first mindset.
  • Contribute to various internal MHI initiatives including resource mentorship and ongoing NetSuite education.
  • Willingness to learn and develop NetSuite product skills in all areas as required by customer engagements.
  • This role may include travel, and occasional flexibility in working hours, including nights and weekends which may be necessary to meet project deadlines or address unforeseen circumstances during engagements.
  • Undergraduate degree in relevant field or MBA or equivalent work experience.
  • 5+ years serving as a dedicated Project Manager leading ERP Implementations.
  • NetSuite certifications highly preferred – NetSuite ERP consultant, NetSuite Certified Administrator, and SuiteFoundation.
  • Strong background in finance/accounting, consulting and advisory services, general vertical-specific industry experience.
  • Individual has project managed at least 5 enterprise-level NetSuite or NSAW projects involving multiple dependent workstreams, 3rd parties, and other related complicated business integration requirements.
  • Comprehensive understanding of landscape of web technologies and standards.
  • Experience and knowledge of best practices surrounding ERP and proven methodologies.
  • PMP, Scrum Master, or other formal project management certification.
  • Experience with Oracle Cloud infrastructure and security best practices.
  • Understand SDLC, project management methodology (Agile/Waterfall) in data and BI projects.
