About The Position

GCON is delivering a landmark hyperscale data center campus supporting next-generation AI and cloud infrastructure. We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead execution on a long-term, mission-critical program at the forefront of AI-driven construction. This role provides high visibility, long-term stability, and the opportunity to manage one of the most technically complex construction environments in the industry.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience managing large commercial, industrial, or mission-critical projects
• Strong financial and contractual management skills
• Willingness to commit to a long-term West Texas assignment

Nice To Haves

• Data center or advanced manufacturing experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Lead overall project scope, budget, schedule, and contract administration
• Manage procurement, subcontractor buyout, and change management
• Partner with Superintendents to align field execution with project goals
• Drive forecasting, reporting, and risk mitigation
• Interface directly with owners, designers, and executive leadership
