Project Manager Position Overview The Project Manager executes technical operations and project delivery in data center environments, supporting client objectives and organizational standards. This role focuses on hands-on project execution, technical coordination, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver facility projects successfully.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Structural Engineering, Construction Management, or related technical field.
  • Minimum 5-7 years of experience in technical services, facilities management, project management, or related industry with demonstrated project execution expertise.
  • Experience implementing operational processes that improve efficiency and service quality.
  • Strong team collaboration skills with ability to work effectively in cross-functional environments.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to engage effectively across organizational levels and with external clients.
  • Strong problem-solving capabilities with demonstrated ability to make sound decisions in dynamic, time-sensitive environments.
  • Working knowledge of data center operations, industry standards, and technologies in facilities management.
  • This position does not provide visa sponsorship. Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

  • Execute project deliverables by applying project management methodologies to manage scope, quality, schedule, budget, resources, and risk.
  • Support the establishment of project goals and success criteria aligned with client requirements.
  • Support technical services operations in data center environments, contributing to operational plans that enhance efficiency and service delivery.
  • Assist in department operations to maintain consistent performance standards.
  • Collaborate with client stakeholders throughout project lifecycles, coordinating with various parties to minimize facility disruptions and maintain alignment with project objectives.
  • Build positive working relationships across the organization.
  • Support technical services team development through mentoring and knowledge sharing.
  • Contribute to a collaborative team culture that promotes engagement and continuous improvement.
  • Identify potential opportunities for scope expansion within assigned projects and communicate findings to senior leadership.
  • Stay current on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to support continuous improvement in technical operations and service delivery.
