The project manager - customer support is responsible for planning, directing, and coordinating designated projects to ensure that goals and objectives are achieved within established time frames and budget constraints. This role requires collaboration with customer support, product support, parts operations, engineering and training teams. The project manager provides an overview of project portfolios through dashboards, presentations, and reports. Management reserves the right to assign additional tasks as needed. The project manager utilizes lean methodologies, continuous improvement, process optimization, change implementation, and operational excellence to drive project success. A successful candidate should demonstrate competencies in communication skills, problem solving, team collaboration, and timeline management.
