About The Position

The Project Manager, Customer Experience, is responsible for developing and improving the onboarding and ongoing service to current and future large-scale customers. This role will work closely and coordinate with several departments including Sales, Supply Chain, Customer Service, and Finance to ensure customer master data and customer requirements are properly identified, documented, and incorporated into Ariat systems and processes. The person in this role will be responsible for developing and leading a customer onboarding process that is followed by all departments. They will organize and follow through to ensure each team adheres to the established procedures. This position will also review existing customer programs and collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop new service capabilities. Furthermore, the role will serve as a coordinator for Ariat's advanced value-added service programs.

Requirements

  • Strong customer onboarding, communication, and documentation skills
  • Experience managing cross-functional projects and improving processes
  • Highly organized, proactive, and solution-focused
  • 1+ year of SAP experience (Orders, VAS, Master Data) required
  • 1+ year of project management experience required
  • 2+ years of Microsoft Excel experience required
  • Experience in customer-facing roles, ideally in distribution or customer service
  • Familiarity with EDI systems
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field preferred
  • Comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

  • Reviewing new and updated Customer Vendor Compliance Guides and updating SAP and WMS accordingly
  • Validating SAP and WMS systems to ensure new and existing customers are set up correctly
  • Ensuring VAS codes are properly identified and set up in SAP and WMS
  • Maintaining data integrity for customer information and VAS within WMS
  • Liaising with Finance, Master Data, and Customer Service teams
  • Forecasting VAS supply needs each season and facilitating the ordering of necessary supplies
  • Managing a team responsible for researching and disputing customer chargebacks
  • Reducing chargebacks across the organization
  • Other duties as assigned
