Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• Minimum 4 years of project management-related experience
• Demonstrated experience leading projects through full lifecycle execution
• Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Smartsheet)

Nice To Haves

• Project Management Certification (CAPM or PMP)
• Experience with agile and/or waterfall methodologies
• Knowledge of materials and manufacturing processes for product design
• Experience leading projects in medical device or regulated industries

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional teams to develop project charters and management plans aligned with business goals
• Define and refine project scope through stakeholder engagement and feedback loops
• Develop detailed Work Breakdown Structures and Gantt charts to manage timelines and critical paths
• Monitor project budgets and ensure cost control in collaboration with finance and leadership
• Identify and manage project risks through comprehensive risk response planning
• Assign and oversee project resources, defining roles and deliverables for each team member
• Execute stakeholder and communication management plans to ensure alignment and transparency
• Manage multiple concurrent projects (8+) of varying complexity through full lifecycle execution
