About The Position

We are seeking a highly organized and dynamic Project Manager to join our Sports and Corporate Marketing department on a 6-month maternity leave coverage contract. The ideal candidate will bring 3-5 years of experience in project management, with a strong background in brand and creative projects. This role requires a proactive leader who thrives in fast-paced environments, excels at cross-functional collaboration, and can drive high-quality execution of marketing initiatives that amplify our brand presence.

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end project management for brand, creative, and marketing initiatives, ensuring all deliverables are executed on time, within budget, and to the highest standard.
  • Oversee the planning and execution of integrated marketing campaigns, from concept through delivery, across digital, social, experiential, and traditional platforms.
  • Serve as the main liaison between creative, brand, partnerships, and external vendors/partners to ensure alignment and flawless execution.
  • Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, and workflows to optimize efficiency and accountability.
  • Ensure creative output and deliverables align with brand standards, marketing objectives, and stakeholder expectations.
  • Track project progress, provide status updates to leadership, and conduct post-project evaluations to identify areas of improvement.
