Requirements

  • Experience partnering with legal and negotiating terms and conditions
  • Strong business writing, and oral communications skills
  • Strong oral communications skills
  • Minimum of 4 plus years' experience in Project Management, related field or Degree/certification in construction management, project management, or engineering field
  • Able to efficiently use Microsoft Suite, particularly Excel, Project, PowerPoint, and Word
  • Able to travel to project locations up to 50% of time
  • Experience with budget management
  • Experience with contracts and negotiations

Nice To Haves

  • Consulting (including internal consulting) experience is a big plus
  • Experience in grocery retail facilities maintenance or construction

Responsibilities

  • Develop project budgets and schedules and manage execution
  • Strong analytical skills: able to transform data into clear and relevant information
  • Develop and deliver high quality presentations
  • Oversee project meetings that will include internal stakeholders and contractors
  • Establish relationships and lead Stakeholders / cross-functional teams along the process to get buy-in
  • Manage minor to multi-million-dollar retail grocery related projects and initiatives from kick-off to contract execution, and implementation
  • Participate in spend analytics and work planning efforts
  • Become an expert in understanding the business needs, roles, and objectives project implementation
