As an experienced Project Manager, you’ll provide technical leadership and oversight for commercial construction projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You will manage client relationships, subcontractors, and internal teams while promoting a culture of safety, collaboration, and continuous improvement. This role is ideal for a candidate who understands Design-Build delivery, has expertise in Industrial market segments, and is experienced with Warehouse, Manufacturing, Transportation, and Office sub-segments. You will spend 2–4 months in our Grand Rapids office to familiarize yourself with Wolverine’s culture and processes before transitioning to reside in the Kalamazoo area.
