Our Lender Services team safeguards investments and supports the successful delivery of complex residential, commercial, and industrial development projects. Acting as the lender’s trusted advisor, we provide comprehensive oversight from initial budget reviews through construction monitoring, evaluating costs, schedules, and risks to ensure financial confidence at every stage. With deep expertise in construction and project finance, our team enables lenders to make informed decisions and helps developers navigate the funding process efficiently, driving stronger and more resilient projects. Our Project Management & Lender Services team are looking for an Project Manager to join us in Atlanta, GA.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 to 8 years of relevant experience.
  • Professional qualification obtained.
  • University Degree or equivalent to any of the following, Architecture, Quantity Surveying, and Engineering or equivalent.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the Owner’s Representative on complex projects from concept to occupancy, managing day-to-day communication with clients and ensuring delivery on time and within budget.
  • Lead and coordinate project teams including architects, engineers, contractors, and vendors to align with client objectives and project goals.
  • Prepare and review cost estimates at various design stages, analyze cost variances, assess change orders, and maintain updated cost databases for reporting and decision-making.
  • Conduct site visits to monitor progress, evaluate work-in-place, and review contractor pay applications and supporting documentation for reasonableness and compliance.
  • Review and analyze construction documents including contracts, drawings, specifications, budgets, and surveys to support risk assessment, funding, and reporting.
  • Support proposal development and business development activities while contributing to a collaborative, professional work environment focused on quality and client satisfaction.
