Responsibilities: Drive Physician Enterprise organizational value through the successful management and execution of multidisciplinary projects and enterprise initiatives in addition to continuous operational improvement. Partner with key organizational and operational leaders throughout the health system to scope, plan, implement, and sustain strategically important initiatives and improvements.

Requirements

Bachelors Degree in Business Administration or related healthcare field Required
5 years of progressively responsible healthcare operations experience Required
Prior experience in a project management department/office or consulting firm is desired Required
Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, or similar process improvement methodology is a plus Required

Nice To Haves

Masters degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a closely related field Preferred
Supervisory / management experience is Preferred
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification Preferred

Responsibilities
