Requirements
- Bachelors Degree in Business Administration or related healthcare field Required
- 5 years of progressively responsible healthcare operations experience Required
- Prior experience in a project management department/office or consulting firm is desired Required
- Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, or similar process improvement methodology is a plus Required
Nice To Haves
- Masters degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a closely related field Preferred
- Supervisory / management experience is Preferred
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification Preferred
Responsibilities
- Drive Physician Enterprise organizational value through the successful management and execution of multidisciplinary projects and enterprise initiatives in addition to continuous operational improvement.
- Partner with key organizational and operational leaders throughout the health system to scope, plan, implement, and sustain strategically important initiatives and improvements.
