We are seeking a strategic and execution-focused Sr. Director of Program Management to lead and establish our utility-scale repowering program. This is a high-impact leadership role responsible for building and developing the repowering function into a sustainable business. This position will develop repowering strategy and processes across multiple business channels including internal fleet upgrades, repowering as a commercial service offering, and integration of repowering in M&A opportunities. The ideal candidate will bring deep program management expertise, cross-functional leadership, and a strong understanding of renewable energy infrastructure. You will lead a team of cross-functional professionals across the business. This position will oversee initial pilot repowering efforts from initiation through completion and be responsible for coordinating planning, scheduling, budget controls, risk mitigation, incentive planning, and financial return realization.
