Requirements

  • 5-10 years experience in construction and electrical is required. More experience is preferred.
  • Proven success in Construction Project Management.
  • Experience managing strategic or high-value customer accounts, balancing client expectations with internal delivery.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams.
  • SAP/ERP/JIRA/Confluence/Excel proficiency.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple complex projects.
  • Excellent communication skills, hands on mentality, and able to influence at all levels of the organization.
  • Collaborative with an analytical mindset.
  • Ability to travel within the USA.
  • Ability to perform essential job functions in both office and operation environments, including walking and standing, with or without reasonable accommodation.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Construction, Electrical or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee planning, requirements gathering, and execution of prefabrication work orders, modular build packages, and electrical/technical fabrication requests.
  • Translate construction drawings, specs, and field requirements into clear, detailed prefabrication scopes of work.
  • Ensure all project requirements are validated with engineering operations, and supply chain teams
  • Manage delivery timelines to ensure on-time fabrication, staging, and shipment to job sites.
  • Maintain alignment with project budgets and operational resources.
  • Act as the central point of communication between Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, Product, and Customer Success.
  • Collaborate with the above groups to clarify scope, technical requirements, sequencing, and installation impacts.
  • Serve as escalation point when schedule conflicts, material risks, or fabrication challenges arise.
  • Ensure prefabrication strategies align with overall construction project schedules.
  • Maintain a structured intake and approval process for prefabrication requests and engineering changes.
  • Prioritize work based on production capacity, customer impact, schedule criticality, and material constraints.
  • Ensure approved work aligns with Operations capabilities, engineering specifications, and field requirements.
  • Coordinate with engineering to ensure drawings, models, and shop details are complete and released on schedule.
  • Track labor hours, material usage, cost impacts, and change orders related to prefabrication projects.
  • Support estimating teams by validating scope changes, value-engineering opportunities, and customer billing for added work.
  • Ensure, in collaboration with quality, all prefabricated assemblies comply with NEC, UL, and applicable construction and safety standards.
  • Maintain complete audit trails and documentation within SAP, project management systems (JIRA), and drawing control platforms.
  • Monitor prefabrication KPIs.
  • Identify recurring design gaps, shop delays, field feedback, or material issues and implement corrective actions.
  • Lead continuous improvement efforts to optimize production flow and reduce waste.
  • Maintain dashboards and workflow tools that provide visibility to internal teams and customers.
