The Project Manager leads the planning and execution of compliance-focused projects, bringing structure, momentum, and curiosity to cross-functional work. This role emphasizes innovation and automation to improve how compliance initiatives are executed, with a focus on efficiency, accuracy, and repeatable delivery. The ideal will apply their strong foundation in modern project management methodologies to elevate how Smart Circle delivers policy-aligned solutions – on time, with purpose, and with measurable results.

  • Lead and manage end-to-end project lifecycles from initiation to delivery across the greater compliance domains
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams including product knowledge experts, IT, legal, and external clients to ensure timely and successful project execution
  • Ensure projects meet compliance standards by collaborating with legal, data protection officers, and auditors
  • Plan and execute go-to-market strategies including campaign timelines, deliverables, and reporting
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, resource allocation, and risk management strategies
  • Communicate project status, risks, and milestones to stakeholders, including senior leadership
  • Implement and improve project management processes, tools, and best practices
  • Track KPIs and ROI on initiatives, ensuring alignment with business goals
  • 3+ years of project management experience
  • Working knowledge of common compliance standards (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA, SOC 2)
  • Experience partnering with marketing teams on campaigns, launches, or digital initiatives
  • Familiarity with project management tools such as Jira, Asana, Trello, or Monday.com
  • Understanding of relevant project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, and/or traditional)
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to lead cross-functional teams in a remote or hybrid environment
