In this role, you'll work in one of our IBM Consulting Client Innovation Centers (Delivery Centers), where we deliver deep technical and industry expertise to a wide range of public and private sector clients around the world. Our delivery centers offer our clients locally based skills and technical expertise to drive innovation and adoption of new technology.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated proficiency in project management methodologies, agile frameworks, and resource allocation strategies.
  • A deep understanding of staffing roles, visa resources, and immigration processes is essential for seamless client engagement in the US and Canada.
  • Proven track record of building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and driving long-term partnerships.
  • Expertise in identifying, assessing, and allocating talent from various sources, including onsite, offshore, and nearshore centers.
  • Proficiency in managing visa applications, ensuring compliance with immigration regulations, and expediting the hiring process.
  • Strong understanding of risk management principles and regulatory requirements related to staffing and immigration.
  • Ability to develop and implement risk mitigation strategies to ensure operational stability and adherence to legal obligations.
  • Superior interpersonal skills, enabling effective communication with clients, internal teams, and external stakeholders.
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams and fostering a culture of collaboration and knowledge sharing.
  • Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop team members, promoting continuous learning and career growth.
  • Experience in training and coaching junior staff in project management best practices and talent acquisition strategies.
  • Demonstrated experience in building and scaling Client Innovation Centers (CICs), transforming domestic delivery centers, and managing large-scale global programs.
  • Proven track record of delivering measurable business outcomes, strengthening client trust, and creating high-performing global teams.

  • Experience working with diverse client segments, including current CIC clients and their deliver leadership, is highly valuable.
