  • Responsible for completion or oversight of completion of global commercialization activities.
  • Monitors the status of key deliverables and regularly reports on status.
  • Works with stakeholders to resolve unexpected events and involves appropriate management, when necessary, to ensure resources are available to achieve target deadlines successfully.
  • Develops and establishes project plans for assigned projects in cooperation with key stakeholders.
  • Acts as the key point of contact with Sales, Design, Development, Marketing, Supply Chain, Master Data, and other departments to resolve issues relating to the commercialization of assigned programs.
  • Leads cross-functional team meetings and maintains detailed commercial offering documents.
  • Works with the Master Data team to ensure the successful configuration of materials within ERP & Warehouse Management systems.
  • Creates open and transparent communication channels between internal and external customers and facilitates interaction through cross-functional teams.
  • Builds partnerships across business functions and brands to deliver on project initiatives.
  • Assists with developing improved product commercialization processes.
  • Completes additional project tasks as assigned.
  • BA/BS is strongly preferred. Equivalent relevant experience may substitute.
  • Minimum two years of relevant project team-based work experience.
  • Project management experience preferred.
  • SAP and PLM experience is a plus.
  • Highly organized and able to work under time pressure across global time zones.
  • Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, analytical skills, attention to detail, and accuracy in the execution of work.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills, ability to interface with all levels of the organization.
  • Able to quickly build solid partnerships and effectively communicate needs and challenges.
  • Initiative-taker with the ability to work independently and collaboratively to achieve outcomes.
  • Able to effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks.
  • Flexible and effective in a constantly evolving and fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency with MS Office software applications and all relevant internal company systems (SAP, TEAMS, SharePoint, PLM, Visio, etc.).
