About The Position

Sunsational Solutions is seeking an experienced and highly organized Project Manager to oversee our commercial installation projects, specializing in window film (safety/security, decorative, and solar) and Riot Glass products. This role is crucial for ensuring the successful execution of medium to large-scale commercial projects from initiation to completion. Position and Responsibilities The Project Manager will be engaged as a Contractor responsible for the end-to-end management of commercial projects. Key duties and responsibilities include:

Requirements

3+ years of relevant experience, with a strong preference for construction-related project management.
Experience with or willingness to learn about window film (safety/security, decorative, solar) and Riot Glass.
Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to read blueprints and manage complex logistics.
Required for project sites.

Responsibilities

Executing medium to large commercial projects involving window film and Riot Glass.
Managing site visits, including pre-installation assessments and on-site support during installation.
Interpreting blueprints and specifications to ensure accurate project planning and installation.
Controlling all required project resources, including time, material, equipment, logistics, per diem, and labor.
Serving as the primary communication link between the client/customer and Sunsational Solutions throughout the project lifecycle.
Ensuring the job site operates efficiently, safely, and on schedule.
Effectively maintaining a project budget and striving for company profitability.
