About The Position
The Project Manager Commercial Technology will be responsible for planning, executing, and delivering a portfolio of commercial technology initiatives. This role requires an individual with strong project management expertise, strategic thinking, and a deep understanding of the commercial technology landscape in the airline industry, including areas such as revenue management, e-commerce, network planning, fleet and airline partnerships. Working across various project management methodologies-waterfall, agile, and product/outcome-focused-the Project Manager will ensure project alignment with business goals, timelines, and quality standards. The ideal candidate is comfortable navigating complex, cross-functional projects, possesses strong communication skills, and demonstrates adaptability in a dynamic environment. This role requires a proactive approach to issue and risk management, with an emphasis on achieving results in alignment with the JetBlue values of Safety, Caring, Integrity, Passion, and Fun.
